Our Mission

Group 5 Training strides to be the bridge between public sector institutions and their stakeholders through good governance, accountability, and transparency in executing their call.  Group 5 Training is committed to being a partner and an advocate in inspiring public sector institutions to achieve the highest benchmarks and standards that stimulate growth through resilient and adaptable world class public sector management.

Our Vision

Our strategic vision is to link up with the national development agenda of state institutions towards providing for the citizenry, to whom they represent.  The group seeks to partner with governments through Strategic Partnership alliance to further seek creativity and innovation in the working methodology of struggling governments in both urban and rural communities to scale up their development objectives.

Members of the group will seek to accomplish this through;

  • Rolling out capacity building products and services that are relevant and responsive to the current status quo of their unique circumstances
  • Develop programs that embrace best practices and churns out results based outcomes
  • Align our programs towards the broad objectives of NEPAD and the AU for a Pan-Continental Development of Africa
  • Professional Development Opportunities that foster social change and responsiveness in the changing times and democratic transitions
  • Strengthening and maintaining alliance with development partner institutions that share our broad vision
  • Designing capacity building programs aimed at Public Sectors, Non-profit entities and other analogous objectives.
