IN-HOUSE TRAINING
As one of our core competency areas, in-house training has become a popular strategic choice to maximize training budget impact whilst harnessing the benefits of large staff participation. The need arises where organizations solicit Group 5 Training to provide a training program either as a workshop or seminar for staff within the organization’s premises or at a designated location within their country.
The three faces of our In-House training are;
Customized / tailor-Made Training
This refers to Training prorams specifically designed and conducted to meet clients’ needs.
Out of Country Group Training
Tailor-Made training for specific groups organized out of country of the client organization.
Off-the Shelf
This is based on selection from the portfolio list of courses for the client and organized in any venue / location of their choice.
PHASES OF IN-HOUSE TRAINING
OBLIGATIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES FOR IN-HOUSE TRAINING
# THE CLIENT
Clients’ obligations / responsibilities for an (in-country) In-House Training
- Organizing the workshop venue
- Booking of hotel for delegates where necessary
- Organizing Tea / Coffee and lunch breaks
- Provision of a projector and projector screen
- Flip Chart sheets and Stands
- Whiteboard Markers
- Staplers, pins, strong masking tapes, regular tapes and glues
- Pens, Pencils and notepads for participants
- Extension Power Cords, Photocopying facilities
- Transport of participants to and from workshop venue
# THE GROUP
Group 5 Training obligations / responsibilities for (in-country) In-house Training
- The cost of airfares for our consultants / trainers
- Cost of accommodation for our trainers
- Providing soft copy of the workshop evaluation
- Issue of workshop Certificate of participation to delegates
- Presentation of workshop report after completion of the seminar / workshop
- Post training follow up, appraisal and review
# IN-HOUSE TRAINING FEES
Our charge for conducting an In-House training based on a tailor-made or off-the-shelf training is the same. Fixed cost elements are absorbed in the group training charge, irrespective of the number of participants.
# SUPPLEMENTARY / ADDITIONAL COST
The tabulated fees above does not include the following, hence the need to budget for them accordingly. These are;
- Group 5 facilitators / consultants travel related costs. This depends on the economy return airfare to and from the specific country under study.
- Group 5 facilitators’ / consultants’ meals and accommodation
- Group 5 facilitators / consultants travel days remunerations
NOTE
If an organization may opt to absorb the above additional cost above, then only the program design / delivery fees will be invoiced. Refer to group charges table.
